Local Storage Only: MyPlugPump stores all your data locally on your iOS device using SwiftData. This includes:

• Vehicle information (brand, model, registration, etc.)
• Fuel fill records and EV charging sessions
• Expense entries and financial data
• Charging point locations and preferences
• App settings and user preferences

No Cloud Sync: We do not sync your data to any cloud service, including iCloud. Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it.

2. Data Security

All data stored by MyPlugPump is stored locally on your device. Your data is protected by:

• Device-level security (Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode)
• Secure SwiftData storage

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We Do Not Share Your Data:

• No analytics or tracking services
• No advertising networks
• No third-party data processors
• No data brokers or resellers
• No cloud storage providers

Your data is yours alone. We have no access to it, and neither does anyone else.

4. Analytics and Tracking

Zero Analytics: MyPlugPump does not collect any usage analytics, crash reports, or telemetry data. We don't track:

• How you use the app
• Which features you access
• How often you open the app
• Any errors or crashes
• Device information or identifiers

5. Data Export

You can backup and restore your data to your own iCloud account. This feature allows you to:

• Backup your data securely to your personal iCloud storage
• Restore your data when setting up a new device or reinstalling the app
• Keep your data synchronized across your Apple devices
• Maintain complete control over your data

All backups are stored in your personal iCloud account. We have no access to your iCloud backups or the data stored within them.

6. Permissions

MyPlugPump requests minimal permissions:

• No Location Services: We don't request or use location data. All location information is manually entered by you.
• No Camera Access: We don't access your camera or photo library.
• No Network Access: The app doesn't require internet connectivity and doesn't make network requests.

7. Children's Privacy

MyPlugPump is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

8. Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time by:

• Deleting individual entries, vehicles, or expenses within the app
• Uninstalling the app (which removes all local data)
• Using iOS Settings to delete the app's data

Since all data is stored locally, deletion is immediate and permanent.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

If we make significant changes to how we handle your data, we will notify you through the app or via email if you've provided contact information.
