Frequently Asked Questions

How do I add my first vehicle?

Tap the "+" button in the Vehicles tab to add a new vehicle. You'll need to provide basic information like brand, model, registration number, and vehicle type (ICE, Hybrid, or EV).

Can I track multiple vehicles?

Yes! MyPlugPump supports unlimited vehicles. You can manage your entire fleet from the Fleet tab, where you'll see summaries and comparisons across all your vehicles.

How do I record a fill/charge?

Navigate to your vehicle's dashboard and tap "Add Entry". Select whether it's a fuel fill or charging session, then enter the details. The app automatically calculates metrics.

What metrics are calculated?

ICE: L/100km, MPG, cost/100km. EVs: kWh/100km, mi/kWh, charging speed. All data is processed locally for instant insights.

Can I export my data?

Yes! Go to the Fleet tab and tap "Export". You can export vehicles, fuel fills, EV charges, and expenses as CSV files for your own analysis.

Do you support multiple currencies?

When adding an expense, select the currency from the dropdown. The app normalizes expenses to your base currency (set in Settings) for unified reporting.

Is my data stored in the cloud?

No. All your data is stored locally on your device for maximum privacy. We don't sync to the cloud or collect any analytics.

Does the app work offline?

Yes! MyPlugPump works completely offline. All features are available without an internet connection since your database is local.
